TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking Policy

All bookings must be completed at least 2 hours prior to departure.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred service and schedule.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of departure may not be eligible for a refund

3. Flight Delays

SouthRun understands that flight delays can occur.

• A 15-minute waiting period is included for delayed flights

• If a delay exceeds this time and results in a missed scheduled service, a refund will be arranged

To assist us, please ensure your flight details are accurate at the time of booking.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking and flight information.

SouthRun is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details submitted at the time of booking.

5. Service Area (Zone Restrictions)

SouthRun operates within defined service zones only.

Bookings must be made within the available pickup and drop-off locations listed on our website.

Locations outside these zones are not serviced.

6. Passenger Behaviour

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

SouthRun reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:

• Unsafe behaviour

• Disruptive conduct

• Any actions that may affect the safety or comfort of others
